Can I move on any day of the week?

Yes, subject to availability. We work 7 days a week

What does "Fragile only packing service" mean?

We will only pack fragile items using the appropriate packing materials. All other packing to be completed by the customer

Can I keep the boxes after the move?

No, we will come and collect them at you convenience when you have finished unpacking. You can ask to buy them at the quote stage where we would make an additional charge.

Can I just buy boxes from you?

Yes, we sell 3 different sizes of double walled boxes as well as packing tape, bubble wrap, and covers for sofas and mattresses.

Are your vehicles clean?

Yes all our vehicles are maintained and cleaned weekly, to ensure your goods are transported in the cleanest environment.

Who will assess my removal?

One of our appointed staff members will visit your home to assess the removal. They will also be involved with your move so you can give them any specific information regarding your move knowing they will be there on the day.

How do I know my removal date will be secured?

After signing the acceptance quote and paying a deposit of 30% your date is secured.

What happens if my removal date changes?

We will do everything we can to accommodate the new date.
